1. Orders and conclusion of contract
   Orders are accepted 24/7 through the website.
   The contract is considered concluded after confirmation by email or phone.

Lumivitagold reserves the right to refuse an order in case of:

1. Prices and payment
   All prices are in Bulgarian lev (BGN).

1. Delivery
   Deliveries are made by courier within the territory of Bulgaria.
   Delivery time: 1–3 working days.

2. Right of withdrawal
   The user has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receipt.

The following are not eligible for return:

• Opened food supplements
• Products with damaged packaging
• Products with removed security seal

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

   Claims are accepted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
